What if my candidate asks about salary?

While Relode lists the compensation for each position on the respective job page, this is privileged information. Per our community guidelines, our virtual recruiters, such as yourself, cannot disclose this information to candidates. You are welcome to give a pay range to your candidate or let them know if the compensation is within their range, but cannot provide the exact amount as any role's compensation is due to change based on the candidate's experience.

Let your candidate know that our team will be reaching out and will be sharing job details, including the client name and salary range, once referred. It's helpful to inform your candidate that Relode will never submit their information to a client until they have all necessary job details including pay to consider the opportunity first. We know this is important information for all candidates to be aware of before ever considering a new job, please always let them know if they want to learn more about the role those details will be provided by our team.
