How do contract and locum payments work?
Hire rewards for contract jobs are paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule, 2 weeks in arrears, and have no guarantee period. The hire reward listed is the total amount you will be paid over the length of the listed contract dates. You can calculate your bi-weekly payments by dividing the total reward amount, by the number of weeks in the contract to see what you would be paid each week. Weekly amounts may vary depending on the number of hours turned in, and any expenses such as travel required.
- Each candidate hired for this type of opportunity will be onboarded by Relode as a W2 employee unless otherwise noted by the Relode team dependent on their role type. Candidates are sent an onboarding email once hired from the Job Manager for the role with the next steps and communication timelines to know what items to complete in order to begin their project. The onboarding packet will be sent to the candidate securely via PandaDoc for their completion - please ensure they follow all instructions required for forms of ID and attachments needed. Once completed, candidates will go through a license and background check, along with any other items required by the client.
Late Time Sheets
Timesheets received after 10:00am CST the Monday following the week worked are considered late and may result in delays from the regularly scheduled pay date outlined above.
