When and how will I get paid for rewards?

As a Relode Sourcer, there are three types of rewards you are eligible to earn on every job.

Submission Rewards

  • You receive these rewards each time one of your candidates is moved into the Submitted stage by the Job Manager for an opportunity.
  • The payment cadence for submission rewards is paid out every Friday. {see payment cadence in chart below}

Interview Rewards

  • You receive this reward once your candidate completes their 1st round interview with the client. 
  • Once the 1st interview has been moved to "completed" status by the Job Manager, you will receive the listed reward the following Friday. 
  • The interview rewards will vary for each job and will be a higher amount for more difficult or higher-level positions and slightly lower for more entry-level roles.

Hire Rewards

  • These rewards are listed on each role from your jobs tab view, and in the order section within the opportunity. 
  • Referred by rewards are listed on each role from your tab view and in the order section within the opportunity as "referred by" rewards.
  • All hire rewards are paid based on each job's guarantee period, also listed in the order section of the role. You will receive 50% of the hire reward once the first half of the listed job guarantee period has occurred, and the other 50% at the end of the listed employment guarantee period (to see each job guarantee period, click on the reward amount listed). Guarantee period milestones require confirmation to be obtained from the client that your candidate is still actively working. Each guarantee period is the length of time your candidate is required to be actively employed by the client in order for you to receive the full hire reward. Most guarantee periods will range between 30-90 days and are listed within each job along with your payment breakdown.
  • Once the first half of the guarantee period is met, we will reach out to the client to confirm your candidate is still employed. Once we receive confirmation from the client, we will process your reward and it will arrive in your bank account within 48 business hours. The confirmation period may take several days to complete. We cannot begin processing your payment until we receive employment verification from the client.
  • Locum & Contract Roles: Hire rewards for these types of jobs are paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule and have no guarantee period. The hire reward listed is the total amount you will be paid over the length of the listed contract dates. You can calculate your bi-weekly payments by dividing the total reward, by the number of weeks in the contract. Candidates hired for locum and contract jobs will be onboarded by Relode as a W2 employee unless otherwise noted by the Relode team dependent on their role type. Candidates are sent an onboarding email once hired from the Job Manager for the role with the next steps and communication timelines to know what items to complete in order to begin their project. The onboarding packet will be sent to the candidate securely via DocuSign for their completion - please ensure they follow all instructions required for forms of ID and attachments needed. Once completed, candidates will go through a license and background check, along with any other items required by the client. 
  • No hire rewards, for permanent placements, can be paid without active employment confirmation being returned to our team directly from the client. This is to ensure the candidate has met both guarantee period milestones with the client. This process begins on the date you see listed in your candidate's profile once hired, your payments are processed once this is provided to our team and, on average, can take several days to receive.
  • Your Relode dashboard includes earning information and your settings contain a payment history section to help you track your rewards and referrals all in one place. To input your payment details, just log in to your Relode account, click your name in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to your settings in order to input tax and pay information. 
  • All payments will be sent with an email notifying you of the payment amount, payment date, candidate details, and any other relevant information. You will also be able to make updates to your payment information at any time quickly.
  • Unpaid rewards will be forfeited after 12 months if a recruiter does not provide the necessary tax and bank information to process payments.

    Payments may be delayed due to holidays.
